State Concern Turkmengas on behalf of the tender Commission announces international tender for the preparation of the detailed Feasibility Study for the access railway.
You are invited to the address Turkmengas SC:
- submit a written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration, bank details and information about the activities of the company (full package of information about the company, main activities and work experience, financial capabilities and reserve powers, organization structure, general qualifications and the number of key employees), as well as information that demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform services (brochures, description of similar tasks, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.) Experience in the following areas or tasks should be the minimum requirement for the assignment: experience in the provision of similar services, including in the Central Asian region (control methods, technical and management opportunities, the detailed description of such assignments, experience in similar conditions, brochures). Provide relevant qualification documents (licenses, certificates, etc.);
- be familiar with the Law of Turkmenistan “On tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs.
- receive the invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 1,725 US dollars including VAT.
Tender proposals are accepted within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of the official publication of the announcement until 18.00 local time.
Packages with tenders must be delivered to the indicated address. Interested consultants can get additional information at the specified address during business hours from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 local time.
